• Other Identifying Information: Social media usernames, IP addresses, business IDs, order IDs, passwords, and other security information used for authentication and access;

Through which channels do we obtain your personal information?
Directly from You
We collect contact information, demographic information, personal preferences, and payment information directly from you. From Third Parties

We entrust third parties to serve advertisements and provide analytics services on our behalf on the Internet. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, and other technologies to collect personal information about your use of our website, such as your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion information. Your Choice
Your Niushipo Online Account
You can log in to your Niushipo online account at any time and access the “My Account” page to update, correct, or delete certain information stored in your account. To delete your online account, please email inspector@niushipo.com. Please note that if you request the deletion of your account, we may retain certain personal information (such as transaction information) and other cached or archived copies of personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which the information was collected or used (including legal requirements or legitimate business purposes). If you request the deletion of your personal data, you may lose your account, order history, personalized web experiences, points and certificates, recently earned coupons, and promotional emails sent to your inbox. Choose to opt out of promotional messages
We only send you information you may wish to receive. When you opt out of receiving promotional materials we send you using methods that collect your personal information, we will contact you periodically by mail and/or email. We plan to use your name, contact details, and demographic information for promoting or advertising activities offered or arranged by us or third parties. We will not use your personal information for such purposes without your consent.

If you choose to submit your request by email, you must indicate "Privacy Request" in the email subject and clearly provide the following information: the type of request you are making, your full name, email address, and physical address. Only one request may be submitted per email.
We are only obligated to grant you access to or deletion of your personal information upon receiving a verifiable request. When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity, such as your email address, order numbers for previous purchases of our products and services, or the last four digits of the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We may also use third-party verification service providers to verify your identity. We will endeavor to fulfill your request unless it falls under certain exceptions provided by law. Please note that the number of requests you may submit may be limited by applicable law. If you request specific information about yourself or request the deletion of sensitive personal information, we may apply a higher level of verification than with other types of requests. The information you provide must be consistent with the information we hold. This measure aims to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to anyone who is not authorized to receive it. Information collected through this process will only be used for verification purposes.

Authorized Agents
You can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf using the contact form on our website. Data Transfer
Niushipo is headquartered in Hong Kong. Regardless of your location, we process and store the information we collect about you within Hong Kong. The jurisdictions of Hong Kong may not offer the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. As described in the “Personal Information Sharing” section above, your personal information may also be transferred to Hong Kong or other third-party locations or jurisdictions where those third parties provide services to us, and stored and processed in those jurisdictions. Such transfer and processing of personal information is necessary for us to provide our services. By submitting personal information to us, you acknowledge and consent to such information transfer.
