Returns and Exchanges
Return Request Period
We support hassle-free returns within 30 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return within the specified time.
Returnable Items
Returns or refunds are possible in the following situations:
• Product quality issues (damage, defects, wrong item shipped)
• Product does not match order description
• Size not suitable (unworn, unused)
Unreturnable Items
Returns are not currently supported in the following situations:
• Item has been worn, washed, or is damaged by the customer
• Returns are after the 30-day return period
• Intimate apparel (such as sports bras) if opened and used
Return Conditions
• Item must be in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed)
• Original packaging and tags must be retained
• Order number or proof of purchase must be provided
Refund Policy
• Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
• Refunds will be returned to your original payment account.
• If using a credit card, the arrival time may be delayed due to bank processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Product quality issues: We cover return shipping costs.
Non-quality issues (such as size incompatibility): Customer covers return shipping costs.
Return Process
1. Contact Customer Service to submit a return request.
2. Customer Service will verify the request.
3. Return Address: RM 2902, 29/F, HO KING COMMERCIAL CENTRE, 2-16 FA YUEN STREET, MONG KOK, HONG KONG
4. Ship the return items back and provide the tracking number.
5. Once the warehouse completes the inspection of the returned items, a refund will be arranged.
Notes
Packages returned without prior application may not be processed.
Please do not send to the original shipping address; the specific address provided by customer service shall prevail.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
